Residents and institutions can now use one portal channel for permit tracking, complaints, and document status follow-up.

Alteria Interior has launched a single digital intake desk for selected ministry services, allowing the public to check application status, submit permit-related questions, and report unresolved service issues without visiting multiple offices. The platform currently supports passport follow-up, event-permit enquiries, and complaints related to delayed identity document processing. Officials said the service is designed to make ministry routing more transparent and reduce the burden on physical counters. Requests receive a tracking number and can be reassigned internally to the appropriate provincial or national desk. A second update planned for April will add appointment reminders and structured uploads for supporting documents.
